Dallas Green is one heck of a busy guy of late. Both of his wildly-successful bands — the temporarily-reunited Alexisonfire and City and Colour — have announced new EP’s for release on December 4th.
Death Letter, the 6-song EP promised from from Alexisonfire, will feature previously-released AOF material reworked in an “acoustic and noise-rock” vein by Dallas Green and Wade MacNeil. City and Colour’s new one, Covers Pt 2, serves as the latest installment from the Covers EP series. On it, Green will reinterpret songs by Swedish singer-songwriter Kristofer Åström and Canadian band, The Constantines. (Tracklists for both below).
Alexisonfire embarks on a 10th anniversary Farewell tour next month in London, England and will end it 24 days and four continents later on Canadian soil, in Hamilton, Ontario. Green has reportedly finished recording Little Hell‘s as-yet-untitled followup, due out next year.
