Experimental psych-rockers Animal Collective have debuted their new video for Centipede Hz‘s Today’s Supernatural. Filmed at the salt flats of El Mirage, CA, with direction from long time Animal Collective collaborator Danny Perez, the clip stars the band’s own Avey Tare in a creepy-ass clown costume, warding off flying, dismembered arms wielding caveman clubs. And that’s just for starters.
The band will premiere their forthcoming Centipede Hz LP this Sunday (August 19), LIVE on Animal Collective Radio (radio.myanimalhome.net). The record will be released in North America September 4th.
