Lower Dens (the side project of singer/songwriter Jana Hunter of Jracula, Castanets, Matty & Mossy, Ejaculette, Unitus, and Krazy Nerds) has released a new single—and follow-up to the recently-released Brainsentitled Propagation.

Both tracks are taken from the forthcoming album Nootropics which will  hit May 1 in North America via Ribbon Music. Twin-Hand Movement, the band’s debut LP on  Devendra Banhart’s Gnomonsong label, was released in  2010.

A limited Brains/Propagation 10-inch featuring exclusive B-side-track Hours is available now, while die-hard fans and vinyl lovers can pre-order a  limited version of  Nootropics on gold-colored vinyl with black swirl from Domino Records.
